1. Change of Mind
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind due to the nature of medical-grade and cosmetic injectable products.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit if a product is:
- Faulty or defective,
- Significantly different from the description,
- Delivered in error, or
- Damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos.
3. Returns Process
To request a return, please:
- Contact our support team at support@fillerscentre.com.au .
- Provide order details, photos, and a description of the issue.
- Once approved, return items in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging (where applicable).
Returned products must not be opened, used, or tampered with, in line with health and safety regulations.
4. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or refunds if the product:
- Has been opened or used,
- Has been improperly stored (e.g., exposed to heat or sunlight),
- Has expired after delivery, or
- Was purchased for resale outside Australia.
5. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if products are faulty, not fit for purpose, or don’t match the description provided.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and verified.
7. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, faulty), we will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is not covered under ACL guarantees, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
